i ran across a 1993 formula at a used car lot and it was sorta sitting all alone in the corner with leaves all over it and low tires...so i asked the guy how much he wanted for it and he said that i wont want it but i told him i wanted to look at the car and it has fair paint and 170,000 miles..which is ALOT.....and it has a tow hitch on the back so i dont know how the trans is or anything bacuse the guy needs a key for the car...the interior is cloth and in fair condition...the dash has 1 big crack on the passangers side and the headliner is beggining to fall around the T-TOPS....i told the guy i might give him 1500 for the car as long as it runs and drives fine...but that was be-4 i knew the mileage...so i may try to jip him down to 800 or so with cash money since its just been taking up space...should i jump on the deal or let it pass??? some help would be great..thx guys

OH, HOW DO I TELL IF ITS A 350 OR 305?

sounds like a decent deal for a small project. And if it's a 93 formula then it is the LT1 (350)

ya i thought it was an LT1 but ive heard people say formula 305 and 350 so i wasnt too sure....the car really isnt bad shape but with those miles and sitting im gunna try n get a deal...i dont think the 93 is much faster than my 91 formula...by 0.01 in the quarter mile or something and like 0.02 in the 0-60 mph...

If it is a formula and it has a V-8 in it. It is definitely a 350 LT1, they never had a 305 option in those cars either you got the 3.4 liter V-6 or the LT1 350.

It's stock except for the 100 shot...
